Dream Türkiye respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512. This policy explains how copyright holders may request removal of allegedly infringing material on VellaChat (vellachat.com) and how users may submit counter-notices.

To file a valid DMCA takedown notice, send a written communication to the Designated Agent above including: (a) identification of the copyrighted work; (b) identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it; (c) your contact information; (d) a statement of good-faith belief that use is not authorized; (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act; and (f) your physical or electronic signature.
If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to support@vellachat.com including: identification of the removed material and its location before removal; your contact information; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; consent to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or if outside the U.S., any judicial district in which Dream Türkiye may be found); and your physical or electronic signature. We may restore removed material in 10–14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.
In accordance with DMCA and applicable law, Dream Türkiye maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. We may also limit access to the service or remove content for users who repeatedly violate intellectual property rights.
Anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages under the DMCA.
